Rule 18
Electricity generation, transmission and distribution permit can be issued at one time
If any person or organized organization who wants to generate, transmit or distribute electricity related to the same project submits all the details as per rules 12, 13 and 14 and submits an application at once for the generation, transmission or distribution of electricity. According to Rule 17, a permit can be issued at once.
